Our Approach

MAPS Designs works with you to design your web site. We want the final product to be what you want and need.  A general outline of our approach is listed below.

Initial Discussion

Our initial discussion will include questions such as: What is your target market?  What do you want to accomplish with your web site?  Do you have examples of web sites you like? Dislike? Do you have a general idea of how you want your site to look? This is your web site and it is very important to get your input during the design phase.

Proposal and Service Agreement

After our design discussion, we provide you with a proposal, a cost estimate, a service agreement and a time estimate.

Project Content                                                                    

In most cases, you will provide site content and graphics. We prefer that all site content be provided in electronic format. However, we will work with you in whatever format you provide us.

Initial Draft                                                                          

An initial draft will be provided to allow you to confirm layout style and colors.

Final Draft                                                                          

A final draft is provided to give you the opportunity to review all content, layout and proof for errors.

Project Delivery                                    

Upon your approval, your completed web project will be posted and submitted to several major search engines. After we post your web site, we will verify that all the links are valid.
